The two neighbouring halls of residence, Allmandring 2 and 3, are located on the Vaihingen campus between the university sports facilities and the halls of residence Allmandring 1.
While Allmandring 2, with four buildings each, contains house numbers 24A-D, house numbers 26A-D represent Allmandring 3. Since both halls of residence were built in the same year, are very similar in construction and are located so close to each other, a distinction is often not made between complex 2 and 3.

Both complexes were built in 1993 and together comprise exactly 500 single rooms, each with an average area of 12m². The majority of the flatshares are for 4 or 5 people, but there are fewer flatshares for 2 people.
Each flatshare has a balcony or terrace and usually also a cellar compartment.

What no other hall of residence can offer you - objectively speaking - is, on the one hand, the proximity to the sports facility 50m further on and to the Netto at the roundabout further south, and on the other hand, the directly adjacent green spaces, a small lake and the Pfaffenwald in the direction of Büsnau.

We are also surrounded by student bars: On campus there is for example the Unithekle, the student club Boddschamber, the golden Trichter or the WuBar!
